On Wednesdays we do things a little differently. These are the nights when we can turn ourselves into a Chicken Shop with an Southern Feel. Or maybe a European Bistro with a Schnitzel and a beer. Sometimes we become a refined Italian restaurant inspired by the great River Cafe. Or an Italian American diner inspired by The Sopranos. On these nights The Swine can be anything. The only constraint is our imagination. And our appetites!
The menus are always a little different and generally a fixed price. So you can budget beforehand.
