But we’re no fancy pants restaurant. Flavours here aren’t refined, they slap you round the chops whether it’s spice from a Nashville Hot Chicken or mustard on a juicy Salt Beef Sandwich.
It’s the kind of food you need 2, no 3, napkins for. Maybe a bath. And it makes no apologies.

What's cooking (today, maybe)
The menu’s small and it moves but here’s the kind of thing you’ll find.
Buns
Nashville hot chicken, salt beef, sloppy Joe's, brekkie buns, buffalo chicken plus whatever special Paul's dreamt up that week.
Sweet
Triple choc cookie, Basque cheesecake, key lime pie, mud pie, Boston cream pie (not all at once, sorry).
Drinks
Watermelon iced tea, and whatever else Jo's decided the fridge needs.
