We’ve wanted to do a proper Sunday lunch in Headingley for years and now we’ve finally got the space (and the Yorkshire produce) to do it justice. Think slow roasts, rich gravy, bold sides and seasonal twists. It’s familiar, but never boring. Add a good bottle of red, and you’re sorted.

In 2025, we were quietly chuffed to be named one of the Top 100 Best Local Restaurants by the Good Food Guide. It means a lot, because it’s based on real feedback from diners and visits from their team. If you’re new to us, we hope you’ll see what they saw. And if you’re a regular… thank you. A Proper Drink (or Not)
We shake our own cocktails and have a changing selection of house flavours moving with the menu.
We pour wines we love including a few wild and wonderful bottles of natural wine for those that like their grapes a little unruly.
We’ve got a great relationship with local breweries too, especially Horsforth and we always have no- and low-alcohol options in the fridge or on the pour, because we’ve always believed you shouldn’t need booze to have a good time.
We’ve made space on the list for non-drinkers with just as much care.
